We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Lead Brand Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
