We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Lead Design Lead to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
