We are SkyBridge Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Principal Growth Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
