We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Senior Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
