We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Staff Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
