We are LumenSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Staff Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
